The range of work that we undertake is vast, from leak tracing to seacock servicing, anti-fouling to hull polishing.

Pressure washing of hull and scrub of waterline

£11.50+ VAT per metre

Please note that excessively fouled boats will result in additional cost at the discretion of the yard foreman.

Masts

Up to 9 metres loa from £275 + VAT, 9-12 metres loa from £350 + VAT, 12+ metres loa price on application

Step mast, tune and lock the rigging in preparation for launching, excluding the connection and testing of mast electrics. These are starting prices so please call us on +44 (0)1326 374309 or email enquiries@falmouthboat.co.uk for a precise costing.

Application of budget antifouling

Prepare the underwater section of the vessel, patch prime where required and apply per metre length overall two full coats of antifouling. Includes labour, antifouling, protective and application materials and consumables.

Application of premium antifouling

Prepare the underwater section of the vessel, patch prime where required and apply two full coats of antifouling. Includes labour, antifouling, protective and application materials and consumables.

Boottop antifoul in addition

On completion of the underwater antifouling application, tape up, prime where necessary and apply two coats of hard, scrubbable antifouling to the current bootop line. Includes labour, bootop antifouling, protective and application materials and consumables.

Removal of antifoul

Removal of all of the previous antifouling coatings from the bottom of the vessel back to substrate leaving ready to coat with the necessary primers as required.

Environmental charge - disposal of toxic spoils

Disposal of the spoils of antifouling removal within current legislative framework.

Epoxy primer application

Prior to the application of the antifoul and after the antifouling removal, apply epoxy primers to the manufacturer’s guidelines. Note that over coating with antifoul is required within 24hrs.

Topsides - 3M Finesse-it gel refurbish system

Carry out a full 3M Finesse-it gel coat refurbish and finish in wax ready for the season. Deep staining will incur additional charges.

Additional protection coat

Carry out the above and apply a further protection coat on completion.

Standard polish - cut and polish the hull

Using standard cutting and polishing system to remove staining and achieve a good shine. Deep staining will incur additional charges.

Seacock servicing

from £26.00 + VAT per unit

Strip and reassemble dependent on type and location.

Heads servicing

from £52.00 + VAT per unit

Strip, clean, service and reassemble dependent on type and location.
